Notarius Uz helps you find notaries near you and send them an application online. This policy explains what data the app uses and why.

Name and phone number — used to create your account and to let the notary contact you about your application.

Application content — the service you choose, your description, your answers to the service questions, the preferred date, and any files you attach (photos, documents, voice messages). This is sent to our server so the chosen notary can review your application and reply.

Location — if you allow it, your location is used only on your device to show the nearest notaries and distances on the map. It is not sent to our server and is not stored.

Microphone — used only when you record a voice message to attach to an application.

What we do not do — no advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, no analytics SDKs; we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Storage and security — data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on our server. Your session token is kept in the iOS Keychain.

Deleting your data — you can delete your account at any time in the app: Profil → Hisobni o‘chirish. This permanently deletes your account, your applications and the files you uploaded.

Children — the app is not intended for children under 13.

Changes — an updated policy will be published at this address.

Ism va telefon raqami — hisob yaratish va notarius siz bilan arizangiz bo‘yicha bog‘lanishi uchun.

Ariza mazmuni — tanlangan xizmat, tavsif, savollarga javoblar, qulay sana va biriktirilgan fayllar (rasm, hujjat, ovozli xabar) tanlangan notarius ko‘rib chiqishi uchun serverga yuboriladi.

Joylashuv — faqat qurilmangizda, eng yaqin notariuslarni ko‘rsatish uchun ishlatiladi; serverga yuborilmaydi va saqlanmaydi.

Mikrofon — faqat arizaga ovozli xabar yozganingizda.

Reklama, kuzatuv va analitika yo‘q; ma’lumotlaringiz uchinchi shaxslarga sotilmaydi va berilmaydi. Ma’lumotlar shifrlangan (HTTPS) ulanish orqali yuboriladi va serverimizda saqlanadi.

Hisobni o‘chirish — istalgan vaqtda ilovada: Profil → Hisobni o‘chirish. Hisob, arizalar va yuklangan fayllar serverdan butunlay o‘chiriladi.
